These terms are an agreement between you and Lincoln Solutions FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates Kudo Fit ("Kudo Fit", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the Kudo Fit app and website. By creating an account or using Kudo Fit, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 to use Kudo Fit. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
One person, one account. Club and business accounts must be run by someone authorised to act for that club or business.
2. Health and safety
Kudo Fit helps you find, record and share workouts. It is not medical advice, and stats such as heart rate, pace and calories are estimates that may not be accurate. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a health condition.
You take part in workouts and events at your own risk. Train within your limits, follow local laws and road rules, and pay attention to your surroundings rather than your screen.
3. Events
Events are created and run by members, clubs and partners, not by Kudo Fit, unless we clearly say otherwise. The host is responsible for the event, including its safety, permits, accuracy of the details and any fees.
If you host an event, make sure you are allowed to use the location, describe it honestly, and update or cancel it in the app if plans change.
Joining an event in the app saves your spot on Kudo Fit. It does not replace any separate registration, waiver or ticket the host requires.
We are not a party to arrangements between hosts and participants, but you can report an event that breaks these terms and we may remove it.
4. Your content
You own the activities, photos, posts, messages and other content you add to Kudo Fit. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and share it as needed to run and promote Kudo Fit, in line with your privacy settings. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already shared it or we must keep it by law.
Only post content you have the right to share, and do not post other people's personal information without their permission.
5. Community rules
Kudo Fit works because people show up for each other. When you use it, do not:
harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful or misleading;
impersonate someone or misrepresent your connection to a club or brand;
fake activities, manipulate results or use bots or scripts to earn points or kudos;
send spam or unsolicited advertising;
try to access accounts or systems you are not allowed to, or interfere with how Kudo Fit works;
copy, scrape or resell Kudo Fit data or features without our written permission.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any post, comment, message, event, club or profile from its menu in the app, and you can block any member so they can no longer see your content or contact you. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these terms. You can also report a problem by emailing dpo@kudo-fit.com.
6. Points and the marketplace
You earn points for activities in the app, such as joining, hosting and finishing events, publishing activities and sharing to your story. The current rates are shown in the app and may change.
Points have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
Points may expire if your account is inactive for a period shown in the app, and they are lost if your account is closed.
We may cancel points earned through faked activities, errors or any breach of these terms, and reverse rewards redeemed with them.
Marketplace rewards are provided by partners. Each reward has its own conditions, such as an expiry date, and the partner is responsible for providing it. Contact us if a partner does not honour a reward and we will try to help.
We may change or end the points programme or the marketplace. If we end it, we will give reasonable notice so you can use your points.
7. Third-party services
Kudo Fit can connect to wearables, health apps and partner services. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Our rights in Kudo Fit
The Kudo Fit app, website, name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other members. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Kudo Fit running well, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that stats, routes and event details will be accurate. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other members, hosts or partners, on or off the app.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kudo Fit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Kudo Fit changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Kudo Fit after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates that apply there. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
